Shipping policy

Shipping to Spain and the European Union

Cost: shipping is free to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and to every country in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.

Norway and Switzerland: shipping is also free, but takes longer: 15 to 45 days. As they are outside the EU, the parcel goes through customs and the recipient may have to pay import taxes (local VAT and handling).

Processing: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: between 12 and 20 days from the order. The parcel ships from our supplier's warehouse.

Tracking: we email you the tracking number as soon as the order ships.

Orders in several parcels: if you buy several items, they may arrive separately.

Delays: if your order has not arrived within 30 days, write to us and we will sort it out.

For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or countries outside the list above.
